Transaction Announcement - DCL Woodworking Ltd.

Brampton, ON, November 2024: Distinct Capital Partners Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, DCL Woodworking Ltd. (“DCL” or the “Company”) by a private investor group.

Founded in 1958 by the Broekema family, DCL, based in Brampton, Ontario, is a specialized manufacturer of high quality custom architectural millwork, primarily for the commercial sector. The Company is currently operated by the second and third generation of the family who have played an instrumental role in building its reputation and driving its growth. 

Distinct Capital Partners Inc. was engaged by the shareholders of DCL, to source a purchaser for the Company. Pursuant to its mandate, Distinct Capital identified the purchaser, assisted with the valuation, due diligence and negotiations to successfully complete the transaction.
